She went above and beyond my expectations in so many ways during my home sale and purchase process that I cannot possibly mention it all. To begin, she has a real expertise in staging and decor! As an owner of a very high end home, presentation was everything and a weak point of mine. She assured me not to worry, used much of what I already owned, focused on placement, and converted my home into a real gem that sold within a week! On the buy side, she was extremely patient in showing me new homes and was very flexible when I needed her. It was obvious that she cared to see me in something I loved, and not just interested in making a sale. As others have commented, she has relationships with so many important people needed throughout the process and was able to obtain amazing pricing for all I needed because of her many years experience and interest in real estate. Even now that the purchase is behind me, I still feel as though her contacts will be useful to me throughout the years. A few months later she staged and listed our old home, it sold in 2 days for way more than we expected. Again, a great experience.
