Michelle came to our first meeting prepared with all the answers to our questions. She walked us through the steps to selling our home and prepared our home for the open house. Michelle had several offers during the one weekend showing which resulted in the sale at a very good price. She was involved in preparations needed for the required inspections and took care of all necessary negotiations with the lawyers and the agent for the buyers.
